Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an information processing device, a digestion ratio estimating method and a digestion ratio estimating program with which it is possible to provide a user with real-time services corresponding to the digestion ratio of ingested food. [Solution] This information processing device, which estimates the digestion ratio of food ingested by a user, includes: a first receiving unit which receives, from a heartbeat signal measuring device possessed by the user, a plurality of items of heart rate information measured at prescribed time intervals; a second receiving unit which receives information relating to a meal start time and a meal end time of the user; a feature quantity calculating unit which, on the basis of a tendency of the heart rate to rise and then fall with time after the end of a meal, and the heart rate at the meal start time, as indicated by the plurality of items of heart rate information, identifies a digestion end time indicating the time at which digestion of the food will end; and a digestion ratio estimating unit which estimates a digestion ratio at the current time on the basis of the meal end time and the identified digestion end time.
