Abstract:
A motion detection unit 30 detects the posture of a head-mounted display attached to the head of a user and a line-of-sight direction determination unit 32 determines a line-of-sight direction in accordance with the detected posture of the head-mounted display. An image generation unit 34 generates an image on the basis of the determined line-of-sight direction and an image provision unit 36 provides the generated image to the head-mounted display. An instruction acquisition unit 24 obtains instructions for switching the line-of-sight direction, from an input device 6. When the instruction acquisition unit 24 obtains a switching instruction, the line-of-sight direction determination unit 32 changes the line-of-sight direction by a prescribed angle.
