Abstract:
In order to be able to receive an input from a customer while minimising effort, this information processing device 400 is configured to comprise an attribute estimation unit 410, an input/output control unit 411 and an output unit 412. On the basis of image-capture data obtained by capturing an image of a customer visiting a store, the attribute estimation unit 410 estimates a customer attribute. The input/output control unit 411 outputs a survey to an output device in the store and receives a response for said survey. The output unit 412 comprises an output unit 412 that outputs the estimated attribute and the received response in association with one another.
