Abstract:
An information processing device wherein a host unit 12 includes a command issuing unit 30 that issues a request for access to a flash memory 20, and issued commands are stored in a divided manner among multiple queues 44 in accordance with the content of the access and the degree of urgency. A management command generation unit 42 of a flash controller 18 generates a request for processes required for management of the flash memory 20, and stores the request in any of the queues 44. A command processing unit 46 reads the commands by switching between the queues in accordance with rules that have been set for each queue, and performs processing.
