Abstract:
The present technology pertains to an information processing device, an information processing method, an imaging device, a lighting device, and a mobile object that make it possible to improve the accuracy of image recognition processing. This information processing device is provided with: a recognition unit for performing image recognition processing on an image captured by an imaging unit, and calculating the reliability of recognition results for respective recognition regions, which are regions based on recognition results for an object; and a radiation control unit for controlling a radiation pattern of visible light in a direction of imaging of the imaging unit, so as to increase the reliability with respect to at least some of the recognition regions. The present technology can be applied, for example, to a vehicle control device.
