The present invention obtains the movement rate of guests at an establishment, thereby assisting in the development of marketing strategies related to attracting guests. A parent-population extraction unit (281) extracts the size of a parent population from data in a biometric database (22), the size of said parent population being the number of people in the biometric database who have been recorded playing at any type of game machine that has been installed in the past. A movement-rate calculation-result output unit (283) computes a movement rate as the ratio of the following to the size of the parent population: the number of currently-installed game-machine types at which each person played other than the game-machine type for which that person was added to the parent population, summed over the people in the biometric database (22). The present invention can be applied to a device that analyzes the movements of guests.
