Abstract:
Provided is a technology that enables the determination of a factory for which measures for improving the ability to adapt to technology are necessary on a priority basis. In one aspect of the present invention, an information processing device is provided with: an information acquisition unit that, for each factory, acquires skill information including ability values indicating the level of ability of each operator affiliated with the factory, and equipment information including operation difficulty values indicating the level of difficulty of operating each piece of equipment installed at the factory; a possessed ability to adapt to technology calculation unit that refers to the skill information and, for each factory, calculates on the basis of the ability values of the operators affiliated with the factory the value of the possessed ability to adapt to technology indicating the ability to adapt to technology that the factory possesses; a called-for ability to adapt to technology calculation unit that refers to the equipment information and, for each factory, calculates on the basis of the operation difficulty values of the equipment installed at the factory the value of the called-for ability to adapt to technology indicating the ability to adapt to technology that is called for from the factory; a shortfall calculation unit that calculates the shortfall indicating the degree of insufficiency of the possessed ability to adapt to technology in relation to the called-for ability to adapt to technology; and a shortfall output unit that outputs the shortfall calculated for each of the factories.
