Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an information processing device, an information processing method, and an information processing program, whereby CM intervals can be estimated accurately. [Solution] The device has: a silent interval detection part (101) for detecting silent intervals in a video stream, on the basis of the audio signal included in the video stream; a degree of confidence calculation part (103) for calculating a degree of confidence for a candidate CM video stream interval, using the temporal duration of the candidate CM video stream interval, which includes two silent intervals from among a plurality of silent intervals detected by the silent interval detection part (101) and the interval between the two silent intervals in question, as well as the temporal duration of the two silent intervals; and a CM assessment part (105) for assessing whether the candidate CM video stream interval is a CM video stream, on the basis of the degree of confidence calculation part.
