Abstract:
[Problem] To allow users of a broad age bracket to enjoy battles in battles between characters, such as robots, that exist in real space. [Solution] Provided is an information processing device equipped with an attribute management unit which manages variable attribute values associated with each of one or more characters that exist in real space, a detection unit which detects an interaction event between a first character and a real object using a captured image from a camera capturing the real space, and a setting unit which sets rules for varying the attribute value of the first character in response to the interaction event. The attribute management unit, upon detection of the interaction event by the detection unit, varies the attribute value of the first character in accordance with the rules that have been set by the setting unit.
