[Problem] To enhance the accuracy of the estimation of floor information for a target terminal. [Solution] Provided is an information processing device provided with a data acquisition unit for acquiring the reception strength for a target terminal of a wireless signal transmitted from a base station, a correction unit for obtaining a corrected reception strength by correcting the reception strength on the basis of the results of comparing floor information for the base station and previously estimated floor information for the target terminal, and an estimation unit for estimating floor information for the target terminal on the basis of the corrected reception strength, wherein the correction unit adjusts the correction of the reception strength if a user state is a prescribed state.
