Abstract:
In the present invention, question information in which a plurality of question items are set is presented on a user terminal, data which is in the process of being input by the user terminal is sequentially acquired, and the data is stored, as in-progress response data, in association with user identification information and question information. When there is a question start request from a user terminal, the question item to be presented to the user terminal is determined depending on whether there exists in-progress response data which matches corresponding user identification information and question information. Ultimately, final response data for the question information is generated on the basis of input data or in-progress response data, and the final response data is stored. In this process, along with determining the device type of the user terminal, device specification correspondence processing is performed such that the final response data does not include, as valid data, data input by a user terminal as a device that does not match the device specification information set for the question items.
