Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to reduce power consumption.
This information processing device is provided with a control unit. Further, in this information processing device a first appliance which transmits data to the information processing device is provided with a multiplexing function which multiplexes and transmits data from a plurality of appliances, including the first appliance, to the information processing device. Further, the control unit with which the information processing device is provided performs control to notify the first appliance, provided with the multiplexing function, of the existence of data addressed to the first appliance, and to notify the first appliance of the method to be used by the first appliance to multiplex information notifying the fact that the first appliance has transitioned from a temporary function hibernation state to a data-receivable state.
