Abstract:
This information processing device is provided with: an acquisition unit which acquires measurement success information indicating whether measurement by a measuring unit has succeeded or failed in the case of the measuring unit measuring the distance to a subject by emitting directional light, i.e., light having directivity, towards the subject in a designated imaging range and by receiving the reflected light of the directional light; and an execution unit which, if the measurement success information acquired by the acquisition unit indicates that measurement by the measuring unit has failed, performs re-measurement processing in which the measuring unit re-measures the distance to the subject in a state in which the position in the designated imaging range has changed within a permissible range in which panorama imaging is possible.
