A web server 1 (information processing device) according to the present embodiment comprises: an acquisition unit 1b which acquires weather forecast information which is forecast information relating to weather; an estimation unit 1c which, if cancellation information of an existing reservation plan is received, estimates whether the cancellation information has been transmitted due to weather; an extraction unit 1d which, if it is estimated that the cancellation information has been transmitted due to weather, extracts a recommendation plan on the basis of the acquired weather forecast information; and a presentation control unit 1e which causes a reserving party terminal 2 to present the recommendation plan.
