Abstract:
This disclosure relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program which enable an accompanying person present in the direction of the line of sight of a user to be specified with high accuracy.
A wide-angle camera acquires accompanying person specification information that is used when an accompanying person that is a person present in the direction of the line of sight of a user of a glasses-type wearable device is specified. A communication unit acquires user specification information for specifying a user of a smartphone capable of performing proximity communication with the glasses-type wearable device. An accompanying person specification unit specifies the accompanying person on the basis of the accompanying person specification information acquired by the wide-angle camera, and the user specification information acquired by the communication unit. This disclosure is applicable, for example, to an information processing system.
