Abstract:
[Problem] To enable a person moving without using visual perception to walk safely in the correct direction. [Solution] A processing unit includes: a direction determining unit; and a guidance information generating unit. The direction determining unit determines the direction in which a person moving without using visual perception walks. The guidance information generating unit generates guidance information that enables the person moving without using visual perception to walk in the determined direction. The present technology can be applied to, for example, a smartphone, etc., used by the person moving without using visual perception.
