The present technology pertains to information processing device and method, and program that are capable of improving usability. This information processing apparatus is provided with a control unit that selects a position where a setting operation related to menu items is to be carried out, from among one or more menu pages on which the menu items are displayed, and carries out, upon reception of indication of a selection determination, a setting process according to the selection determination. The present technology can be applied to an imaging apparatus.
