Abstract:
A comparison unit (22) compares a measurement value, which is any value among the change over time of a voltage value of a measured bus line (11), the distance transition of the voltage value, the change over time of an impedance value of the bus line (11) and the distance transition of the impedance value, with a normal value, which is any value among the change over time of a voltage value of the bus line (11) during normal operation, the distance transition of the voltage value, the change over time of an impedance value of the bus line (11) and the distance transition of the impedance value; and extracts the difference between the measurement value and the normal value. An unauthorized connect assessment unit (24) evaluates the difference between the measurement value and the normal value extracted by the comparison unit (22), and assesses whether an unauthorized device is connected to the bus line (11).
