Abstract:
A technology has been demanded with which it would be possible for a user to view image information more comfortably. According to the present disclosure, provided is an information processing device comprising a control unit which, on the basis of an irradiation direction in which an irradiation unit capable of irradiating various types of image information irradiates the image information, controls a human presence sensing unit which forms a sensing region in the opposite direction to the irradiation direction. According to the present disclosure, the human presence sensing unit is controlled on the basis of the irradiation direction, so it is less probable that an operation will be carried out against user's intentions. It is thus possible for the user to view image information more comfortably.
