Abstract:
In the present invention, a database (7) stores, in association with the type of interface circuit, interface transfer capability information in which notated is a computation formula for computing data transfer capability. A transfer time evaluation unit (3) acquires the computation formula from the interface transfer capability information, the computation formula corresponding to the type of a designated interface circuit designated from among a plurality of interface circuits serving as interface circuits for connecting a plurality of calculators which share the execution of a plurality of calculations. Using the acquired calculation formula, the transfer time evaluation unit computes the data transfer capability of the designated interface circuit.
