Abstract:
The technology of the present invention relates to an information processing device, information processing method and program which enable a message to be more assuredly conveyed to a user. The information processing device comprises: a presentation unit that presents information to a first user; a detection unit that detects a reaction indicating that the information was received; a search unit that searches for a second user if the detection unit could not detect a reaction; and a request unit that asks the second user, found by the search unit, to give a message to the first user. If a reaction could not be detected by the detection unit, a response prompting message seeking a response is output to the first user. If, after outputting the response prompting message, a reaction could not be detected by the detection unit, the search unit searches for the second user. The technology of the present invention is applicable to an agent device.
