Abstract:
In the present invention, an acquisition unit acquires a measurement value for a first state quantity of a target device. A model determination unit determines, for each evaluation item for managing the target device, a model for estimating a value for a second state quantity of the target device. An estimation unit uses the model determined by the model determination unit to estimate a value for the second state quantity on the basis of the measurement value. A management unit uses the value estimated by the estimation unit to calculate a value for the evaluation item.
