Abstract:
In order to appropriately suggest a keyword in which a user has become interested, this information processing device is provided with: an information acquisition unit which acquires both text information being entered by a user for the purpose of a search, and information relating to genres determined on the basis of webpages that were browsed by the user during a predetermined time period before the intended search; a genre information estimation unit which estimates, as a temporary interesting genre, a genre in which the user has just become interested, on the basis of said information relating to the genres; an extraction unit which extracts a temporary suggestion word on the basis of said text information and the temporary interesting genre; and a presentation unit which presents the extracted temporary suggestion word to the user.
