Abstract:
A device, method, and program for improving assessment precision in a technology for assessing an attribute of an anomalous part of an object captured in an image. An anomalous part of an imaged object captured in an input image is detected. On the basis of the anomalous-part detection result, a feature value relating to a partial image of the anomalous part is extracted from the input image. Using the feature value relating to the partial image of the anomalous part, an attribute of the anomalous part is assessed.
