[Problem] To provide an information processing device, information processing method, and program that enable user-review information to be presented to a user via voice output on the basis of the user's latent requirements. [Solution] Provided is an information processing device comprising a control unit for exerting control so as to: estimate latent requirements according to a user's current circumstances; search to find user review information which accord with said requirements; and present the found user review information to the user.
