The present technology relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, a program and a mobile body that enable the provision of a service from a given mobile body to another mobile body that is moving. The information processing device comprises: a planning unit that, on the basis of information pertaining to a planned route of a using mobile body, which is a mobile body that uses a service, and/or a planned route of a providing mobile body, which is a mobile body that provides the service, performs movement planning which includes setting a convergence route, which is a section in which the using mobile body and the providing mobile body perform a transfer of the service, and planning a route of the using mobile body to match the convergence route and/or planning a route of the providing mobile body; and a service providing unit that controls the provision of the service such that the service is transferred between the using mobile body and the providing mobile body while moving. The present technology is applicable, for example, to a vehicle that provides a service to a moving vehicle.
