Abstract:
This technology relates to an information processing device, method, and program that make it possible to perform more suitable tactile sense presentation. This information processing device is provided with a signal processing unit that, when the presentation timing of a first presentation based on first data and by means of the tactile sense overlaps the presentation timing of a second presentation based on second data and by means of the tactile sense or sound, generates a tactile sense signal for controlling a tactile sense presentation device that performs at least the first presentation on the basis of tactile sense-related perception characteristic data and the first data, such that a combined perception effect for a user who receives the first presentation and the second presentation is an effect obtained by combining the first perception effect by means of the first presentation and the second perception effect by means of the second presentation. This technology can be applied to an information processing device.
