Abstract:

This information processing device has a recommendation unit 260 that switches between: a first process for presenting first information retrieved on the basis of a condition acquired through voice interaction with a user and/or second information selected on the basis of the preferences of the user; and a second process for generating a question about the condition for retrieval and presenting the question to the user. The switching is conducted on the basis of condition rarity, which is an index value regarding the ratio of the number of pieces of information matching the condition to the number of information matrices to be retrieved.
