Abstract:
This disclosure relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a program which make it possible to further improve a skill. A load weight control unit controls a generated load weight which becomes a load on movement when a keyboard is pressed by a pianist. A keystroke recognition unit recognizes keyboard movement. Then, the load weight control unit performs control for starting the generation of a prescribed load weight at the timing at which the keystroke recognition unit recognized that the keyboard began to be pressed, and ending the generation of the load weight at the timing at which the keystroke recognition unit recognized that the pressing of the keyboard has ended and the pressed portion of the keyboard has begun to return to the original state. This technology is applicable to, for example, a performing skill improvement system for evaluating and training the kinesthetic sense of a pianist.
