An appearance count acquisition unit (105) acquires the number of appearances, in public information, of each of two or more keywords relating to information security, for the evaluated supplier. A model generation unit (106) performs multiple regression analysis using the evaluation value of the evaluated supplier and the number of appearances, in public information, of each of the two or more keywords for the evaluated supplier, and generates a regression model in which the explanatory variables are the number of appearances of each of the two or more keywords in public information and the target variable is the evaluation value.
