This information processing device (10) comprises: a pattern storage unit (105) which stores patterns indicating attacks with respect to abnormality occurring parts and abnormality content at the abnormality occurring parts; a log acquisition unit (108) which acquires a log pertaining to a phenomenon that has occurred in a mobility network; and a determination unit (106) which determines whether an attack is underway on the basis of the phenomenon occurring parts and the phenomenon content included in the log and the patterns stored in the pattern storage unit (105).
