Abstract:
The present invention comprises: an acquisition unit that is connected over a network to a device management system that manages the functions of devices, and acquires, from the management system, device management information for managing a device that can be used by a user and functions of the device that can be used by the user; a generation unit that generates a Web API on the basis of the acquired device management information and also generates a virtual device that responds in cooperation with the device to access to the Web API; a reporting unit that reports information including a method of accessing the Web API to a terminal used by the user; and an access unit that accesses the device via the virtual device.
