Abstract:
An information processing device according to the present technology comprises: an event determination unit for determining whether an event happens on the basis of a measurement result from a micro-measurement unit for performing measurement on a micro-measurement area, which is an area according to a first size in an object being measured; and a control unit for performing control such that if the event determination unit has determined that the event had happened, a macro-measurement unit for performing measurement on a macro-measurement area, which is an area having a larger size than the first size in the object being measured, performs measurement on a macro-measurement area, which is associated with the micro-measurement area where it has been determined that the event had happened.
