Abstract:
The present invention enables efficient guidance for a subject of guidance by a moving device. Provided is a generation unit that generates a movement instruction plan for a moving device that guides a subject of guidance, on the basis of environment map information about a facility in which the moving device provides the guidance, movement performance information about the moving device, current information about the moving device, and guide task information. For example, the generation unit determines an area in which the guidance is provided to the subject of guidance, on the basis of the guide task information. Moreover, for example, the generation unit determines a moving device which provides the guidance to the subject of guidance so as to minimize a movement time of the moving device required to provide guidance in the determined area. Further, for example, when the number of moving devices which provide the guidance to the subject of guidance is two or more, the movement instruction plan includes a movement instruction plan for each of the two or more moving devices.
