This information processing device comprises: a first acquisition means for acquiring a first 3D model and a first template corresponding to the first 3D model; a second acquisition means for acquiring parameters for fusing the first 3D model with the first template; and a generation means for generating a second 3D model obetained by changing one of the first 3D model and the first template in accordance with the parameters and the other of the first 3D model and the first template.
