Abstract:
In this invention, an image processing device uses at least three radiation images corresponding to at least three types of energy and obtained on the basis of a radiation radiated onto a photographic subject, and radiation attenuation characteristics corresponding to the at least three types of energy and expressed by a predetermined substance and a remaining substance resulting from removing the predetermined substance from the photographic subject, to calculate the effective atomic number of the remaining substance.
