The information processing device comprises: a connection unit to establish a connection to a user terminal by wireless communication; an acquisition unit to acquire terminal identification information sent from the user terminal via the wireless communication when the user terminal reads an image to request entrance into a managed area; and a determination unit to determine, on the basis of the terminal identification information, whether the user carrying the user terminal should enter the managed area.
