Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to provide a service which is beneficial to both a customer and a store attendant. Provided is an information processing device comprising: a customer ID acquisition unit which acquires a customer ID (identifier) which identifies a customer who patronizes a store; an action information generation unit which generates action information representing an action of the customer in the store; and a point awarding unit which awards points in association with the customer ID on the basis of the action information.
