Abstract:
Disclosed is an information processing device for service handling. The device comprises: a first determining module, used for receiving a service handling request of a user, the request comprising a channel identifier through which the user performs service handling; a processing module, used for providing, to a user terminal, a user interface corresponding to the channel identifier, and prompting the user to submit service handling information through the user interface; an updating module, used for receiving the submitted service handling information and updating service handling state information; a second determining module, used for receiving a request of a customer service terminal, and determining the channel identifier through which the user performs service handling corresponding to the request; and a calling module, used for calling the user interface corresponding to the channel identifier to return the service handling state information to the customer service terminal. Also disclosed is an information processing method for service handling. The present invention has the advantages that: service information of service handling in multiple channels can be shared, the efficiency of service handling is improved, and the user experience of self-service handling is improved.
