Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible to more quickly and more accurately correct an encoder output value. [Solution] An information processing device provided with a rotation angle calculation unit for calculating the rotation angle of an output shaft connected to an input shaft via a reduction drive by, on the basis of a two-phase sine wave signal that is the output values of an output shaft encoder provided on the output shaft, determining an approximating quadratic curve that is a quadratic curve made to approximate the two-phase sine wave signal. The rotation angle calculation unit calculates the approximating quadratic curve under the assumption that output shaft encoder output values at a plurality of measurement points exist on the same quadratic curve.
