Abstract:
The present invention relates to an information processing device and information processing method, and an information processing system, which enable suitable scaling of a distribution device which distributes audio streams encoded with a lossless compression method. An original distribution server performs scaling of a premium server which distributes audio streams to premium clients on the basis of bit rate information including the average value during a prescribed period of the bit rate of an audio stream encoded with a lossless DSD method. This invention may be applied, for example, to an original distribution server.
