This information processing device is provided with: a receiving means which receives, from a power supply device that supplies power to a detachably connected electric apparatus, activation information on the power supply apparatus; a ranking means which performs, on the basis of the received activation information, ranking on users of the power supply device; and a setting means which sets incentives for the users on the basis of the ranked user ranks.
