Abstract:
Provided is an information processing device (100) comprising: an image acquisition unit (112) that acquires captured image information of a specimen (20) stained with a fluorescent staining reagent (10); an information acquisition unit (111) that acquires information pertaining to the fluorescent staining reagent (10); a correction unit (131) that corrects the luminance in the captured image information using a fading coefficient, which is included in the information pertaining to the fluorescent staining reagent (10) and which indicates the ease with which the fluorescent intensity of the fluorescent staining reagent (10) is reduced; and a calculation unit (132) that uses the post-correction luminance to calculate information corresponding to a fluorescent molecule in the captured image information.
