Abstract:
The present art pertains to an information processing device and an information processing method that allow the quality of an interaction system to be improved. Provided is an information processing device comprising a generation unit for generating, on the basis of first-order information serving as basic information, a question for obtaining high-order information which is information of higher order than the first-order information and corresponds to a user's reply. Accordingly, information of higher order than the basic information is obtained, whereby the quality of the interaction system can be improved. The present art can be applied, for example, to a voice interaction system.
