[Problem] To make it possible to more accurately report information relating to whether a user is present in or absent from a visit destination to a visitor. [Solution] An information processing device is provided with: a presence/absence prediction unit that predicts whether a user is present in or absent from a visit destination on the basis of sensing data; and a provision unit for providing the prediction result to an external device.
