Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a more convenient voice input means. [Solution] Provided is an information processing device, comprising: a control unit for controlling a plurality of input modes regarding voice input. The control unit determines whether or not to continue an execution mode on the basis of a surrounding noise level and accuracy of reflection of a user intention, and the plurality of input modes include at least a free speech input mode and a command input mode. Also provided is an information processing method, comprising controlling, by a processor, a plurality of input modes regarding voice input. The controlling further includes determining whether or not to continue an execution mode on the basis of a surrounding noise level and accuracy of reflection of a user intention, and the plurality of input modes include at least a free speech input mode and a command input mode.
