Abstract:
In the present invention, a server device 20 controls a flying object 10 to cause the flying object to fly close to a transmission line and photograph the transmission line. The flying object 10 is equipped with a GPS positioning device, and the flight of the flying object 10 is controlled on the basis of the positioning device. Base stations 30 of a communication network 2 are also each equipped with a GPS positioning device. Positions measured by the positioning devices of the base stations 30 are used for identifying an error in a position measured by the positioning device of the flying object 10. The server device 20 restricts the flight of the flying object 10 if a determination is made that the error in a position measured by the positioning device of the flying object 10 that photographs the transmission line is equal to or greater than a threshold value.
