Abstract:
The present technology relates to an information processing device and an information processing method which can enhance the satisfaction level of a user. Provided is the information processing device which includes a control unit that analyzes, on the basis of data to be analyzed, an abnormal state pertaining to a phenomenon in a space where the user is present, and controls the presentation of presentation information to the user on the basis of the analysis result for the abnormal state. For example, the present technology can be applied to a terminal for guidance to be provided in a facility such as an art gallery.
