A work management device 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a control unit 12 configured to execute: acquisition of information indicating the stay time of a worker in each of a plurality of areas, the worker conducting work in a workplace including the plurality of areas; calculation, on the basis of the stay time, of work situation data indicating the work time of the work conducted in each of the plurality of areas; an identification unit 123 that identifies a replaceable work, from among a plurality of works conducted in the workplace, that can be replaced or assisted by introducing a predetermined device; and outputting, on the basis of the relationship between the work time of each of the plurality of works indicated by the work situation data and the replaceable work, of change information corresponding to a change in the work conducted by the worker that will be caused by the introduction of the device.
