Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to perform fluorescent separation more appropriately. An information processing device according to an embodiment is provided with: a fluorescent signal acquiring unit (112) which acquires a plurality of fluorescent spectra respectively corresponding to a plurality of exciting lights, the plurality of exciting lights having mutually different wavelengths and with which a fluorescent dyed sample (30) prepared by dyeing a sample (20) with a fluorescent reagent (10) is irradiated; a linking unit (131) which links at least some of the plurality of fluorescent spectra in the wavelength direction to generate a linked fluorescent spectrum; a separation processing unit (132) which separates the linked fluorescent spectrum into spectra for each fluorescent material, using a reference spectrum including a linked autofluorescence reference spectrum, in which the spectra of autofluorescence material in the sample are linked in the wavelength direction, and a linked fluorescent reference spectrum, in which the spectra of fluorescent material in the fluorescent dyed sample are linked in the wavelength direction; and an extracting unit (132) which updates the linked autofluorescence reference spectrum using the spectrum of each fluorescent material separated by the separation processing unit.
